Do not buy from this online store. If the product you get ends up being defective they simply send you to the manufacturer, abstaining themselves from any and all responsibility. They won't even file a trouble ticket for you. When the manufacturer ends up being of no help, you are stuck with a bunk product and no way to get further help/refund.

 

Here is the relevant portion of my thread with paypal customer support--which was not ruled in my favor :( :

  • 5/13/2014 14:41 PDT - Buyer: Dear Paypal, as you can see, we are just going in circles with the seller. I keep telling them that the product is not working and the manufacturer is non-responsive, yet they just keep sending me back to the manufacturer. Thanks for the help,Sam

PayPal did not notify us of this message.There are no videos of man using it naked unfortunately.Please contact the manufacturer as they will support their product. We are just a retailer so can only help so much. They warranty their product, so if there is an issue, they will help fix it.

When I asked for assistance they simply forwarded me the manufacturer's help website. While the manufacturer did get in touch with me, they stopped helping me half way through the process and stopped responding to my messages. So now I am stuck with a $100+ paperweight. I would like your assistance in getting a refund. As you can below, I've done what I could in this case

I live in TX and have ordered from this company because I read that the Bathmate was the way to go as far as hydro pumps for male enhancement were concerned. My first order I did with them came in about 3 days. I used the product with good results until the valve broke. I wrote them about it and they sent me a replacement valve for no charge but that was that. Good results.

I then again placed another order with them for a bigger Bathmate just this last April and got it in 2 days. So far so good. Their customer service contacted me and asked if I had any questions. So far so great.

Maybe you just needed a replacment valve? I don't know.

 

Message to any lawyer on here: is it even legel for for customers to ship used items of this type back to a store? Wouln't it have to be labelled as bio-hazardous material and shipped by certain protocols?
