we got a air compressor there and installed it add freon and realized there was a leakso we added leak detector which showed that the compressor was bad and leaking out the seal. when we returned the compressor i only asked for my money back not an exchange because whos to say that the next compressor was in any better shape.i was told that the parts are non refundable and that i could get a store credit or a nother compressoe. i explained that i was out more then just the compressor there was freon leak detector and my mechanics time so really we were out another 200.00 plus the cost of the part. because the first compressor was bad and what was spent to find that out i did not see ant reason to take a store credit and i was refused a refund . stay away from these people they are theives that sucker you in and then say read the fine print.

At what point do YOU think YOU deserve a refund?? If they told YOU to read the fine print what they more then likely said was READ THE RECIEPT!!! Meaning YOU were trying to return something that COULD NOT be returned. THAT is NOT a ripoff!!! The people YOU are dealing with DO NOT MAKE THE RULES!!!!! But they DO have to follow them if they want to keep thier job!!! So basically YOU dont care that YOU were trying refund fraud, YOU just want YOUR WAY no matter who else is will hurt. That is called self entitlment dillhole!!! YOU are NOT so special that someone is going to put thier job at risk to make YOU happy. "The customer is always right" IS NOT TRUE!!!!! people like YOU tend to think YOU get to say or do whatever you want against someone in a work uniform. The REALITY is that YOU ARE A COWARD!!! Im pretty sure if YOU treated someone as crappy as YOU treated that employee YOU would have gotten a nice fat pop to the face!! YOU have a double standard!! YOU expect to be treated with respect and dignity yet YOU DO NOT afford that to other people!! YOU KNOW you were in the wrong attempting to return something YOU shouldnt have. YOU made a scene in an attempt to get your way. THEN when THAT doesnt work YOU go on the web in an attempt to perform internet blackmail!!!! Thankfully this company YOU have screwed with gets to screw with YOU!! What YOU have done is defamation and YOU should be punished for it. Im going to email them so THEY get a chance to defend themselves against YOUR spurrious claims. Im pretty sure THEY are going to WANT to punish YOU for what YOU have posted.
