Last March, 2009, I ordered a battery for my Sony Vaio laptop for $104.35 which included shipping and handling, and pay through Pay Pal (receive number 1316-5825-7408-6561, Battery Hippo order #924).


After 10 days waiting for the battery which was never sent, I called and left the massage. About an hour or so, a man called me back and told me that the battery in silver was out of stock (it was still available according to their website when I ordered), and that was why they never sent the battery (why not called me to address the issue but wait for my called?). I was told that only black was available, so I might choose the black one instead or they would refund the money. I told the rep. that I wantde my money back. I got an email from them told me my refund was sent. After a month, I still did not receive any cerdit back, so I called again. The same man called back and told me it depend on my bank or something like that to credit my money back. I was out of the country for about another month and after checked my acount and found no credit from their refund. About another month for total of 3 months I still did not receive any refund, I called Pay Pal and was told that there was no record of any refund from Battery Hippo. I send email to Battery Hippo and called them for 3 times and got no answer from them.


Now, after 8 months of requesting and waiting, I have no merchandice, no refund, and no answer from Battery Hippo.  I have complained with BBB, and after check  BBB reports, guess what: they have got an F with no resolve what so ever to any customer complains!
