I ordered a laptop battery from this "company" and received one that was damaged;  I now believe it was damaged before they sent it because the package was intact.  I contacted them and they said to send it back and they would mail me a new one.  I asked for a shipping label because I wasn't going to put any more money into this item.  I never heard from them except for telling me to ship it back first.  Why?  So they could mail it to some other unsuspecting person?  They are not taking calls and aren't responding to emails.  I checked customer reviews for this company and see that 100% of the claims have the same complaint!!  This is plain and simple theft by internet.   I will forget about getting my $111.00 back if  SOMEONE COULD PLEASE TELL ME WHY THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN?    Surely it can't be that hard to find them via mailing address!!  But when/if they are found, let them set an example for others and THROW THE BOOK AT THEM!!
