I purchased an exchange battery for my Sony Vaio PCG-K33 Laptop because it only held a charge for like 20 minutes and it is about 3 yrs old. Time for a new one. I searched online most places wanted $120 to $160 for a new one so I found this battery exchange deal at batteryrefill.com, which I thought would be a sweet deal. I was wrong.

I sent them my old battery about 3 days after receiving the email with the attached postage. that was over 3 weeks ago. I have sent many emails and left many messages on they're answering machine but nobody from batteryrefill.com or eBattery, inc. has contacted me with a status.

I could understand that they are having a hard time getting a refill for it or something but not even responding to my emails or phone messages. This has to be a Scam. So I have made this website scam a mission of mine to spread the word that they are scam artist.

I will make a retraction if they complete the trans action but not until they do. I also have faxed them a scanned copy of the invoice I recieved and have gotten no response to it either.

My advice is to find a company that actually cares for its customers and not some fly by night company like this who offer but does not deliver good or even any service for that matter.
