Battery-web.com sold me a dead battery for my mp3 player. Initially, they responded by e-mail and issued me a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). I returned the battery and after that they refuse to answer my e-mails and never responded back to me even after many attempts to contact them. Don't buy from them. They are Big Ripoffs.
