Ordered a battery refill on Dec 31. My Visa card was charged $80 immediately. Received prepaid mailing label & an email stating the battery was shipped Jan 11. Subsequent same day email retracted the previous email.

Multiple queries via email failed to produce any response. Phone answered once Jan 29 with promise that the battery was being shipped same day. Additional phone queries have found the phone numbers disconnected or unanswered. Email has been unanswered.

Eleven other posts no earlier than October 17, 2005, give me the impression this outfit sends out just enough merchandise to keep responses coming. Perhaps they profit from the prolonged float of cash between sale and promised fulfillment.

In any case they certainly have not changed their customer relations over the past 2 or 3 thousand transactions.

In the meantime I am out $80 and a working pc battery. I too will follow the steps of the previous ripoff complainant.
