Bauer Repair Service/Dean Bauer Took $300 from me and did not complete the work. Told me he woud send me the $300 back to me. Groveport OH
Below is a copy of a letter I am trying to send to Bauer Service Repair
Dear Mr. Bauer:
This letter is a demand for the immediate return of the sum of $300.00 which I advanced you to purchase supplies for a project on my property and you illegally converted to your own use.
At your requet, I issued you my check #2708 drawn on my Huntington Bank in the amount of $300, on February2, to enable you to purchase materials for a project you were hired to perform. That check was cashed and deposited by you on February 5. You informed on February 2, you would be back the following week to compete the job. You, however failed to meet your commitment. I called and left numerous messages for you to contact me and let me know when you were returning my property to complete the agreed upon work.
You did not return my calls. Finally, I spoke with you on February 8. You informed me you would be at my residence on the February 9th to complete the job. Again, you failed to meet your commitment to me. After numerous other attempts to reach you, we spoke on the evening of Februart 9th. Again you told me it might be the following week. I responded by telling you that was unacceptable. I informed you I no longer had confidence in your promises and requested you immeditely return the monies I advanced to you. You replied that my monies would be refunded to me immediately. I have not received the monies as promised by you.
This is to advise you that if I do no receive the amount of $300.00 within 5 business days from your receipt of this demand, I will contact the appropiat police department(s) of your illegal acts and pursue the appropiate legal recourse available to me. I hope this materr can quickly and amicably reolved so as to avoid legal action.
