Complaint Review: Baume mercier international watch

Wife bought me a 2000.00 watch in Dubai 3 months ago. I wore it for less than a wek and noticed foggy glass.  Called Texas office and rhey said to send it back to Dubai as they can handle quicker. Brother in law takes it to place bought. Baume mercier claims water damage and my fault for leavin. Date movement mechanism open. I never touched it and aactually made sure it was clamped in properly. They said 2000 to repair when it cost 2000. Out of luck and will not honor. Avoid
