Complaint Review: Bausch + Lomb Rebates

Bausch + Lomb Rebates Fails to provide rebate after more than 90 days of communicating with the company and being told my rebate was valid Internet

Bausch + Lomb rebate center declined my first rebate submission stating that i did not include all required materials. Which included original reciepts and UPC cutouts. All of which i kept a copy of, but was told was not required to be sent in a second time after looking over my account and telling me in 10-14 days it should be marked valid, and a short time after that my rebate shipped.

 

14+ days later my rebate was still labeled invalid, so again I called bausch+lomb a second time, and was again told after looking over my submission a second time it was a mistake on their end. Again told to wait 10-14 business days and it will process.

 

Again 23 days later i call and am told my rebate is still processing and will be mailed out as soon as it is processed. and to wait 10-14 days. Still no update or rebate received. 

 

Bausch + Lomb rebate center fails to send rebate after almost 90 days of contacting them about my rebate that has been accepted as valid.

 

Beware of bausch+Lomb rebates, they will do all they can to avoid sending the rebate. Phone system is very hard to get through to a live customer service rep, and even then they are not helpful. I have been buying Bausch + Lomb contacts for over 6 years and no longer will after my direct experience with their company.

 

Do not get tricked into buying their year suppy of contacts with the thought that you will get a good deal after the rebate.
