Complaint Review: Bavarian Auto Recycling INC.

Bavarian Auto Recycling INC. Order a part and they send the wrong part. Request a refund of money and haven't refunded money. Left several VM and emails and no one has returned or acknowledged my request. 2 months with this unsolved issue. Rancho Cordova CA

 I contacted Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc. On May 19/15 for a specific part. They sold me a part that they assured me it will fit my vehicle. When the part arrive after the part didn't fit, was the wrong part and the shipping was delayed and didn't arrived when they told me it will. I sent the park back and I requested a refund as I was told it will take a billing cycle to have the money refunded. They also said. ( on the recording cause no one has returned my call or email) it will take up to a billing cycle to refunded the amount. I was issued a RM number for me to leave with a message or to send a email. It's been almost 2 months and me leaving messages and voicemails to an accounting department that hasn't return my calls or emails. I have left several VM and emails but no one has contacted me back. The amount owed is $270.00.
