Bavarian Motorsport Kennett Square PA is incompetent and refused to deal with my complaint
I used Bavarian Motorsport on 3 occasions. (1) Oil change, (2) Brake job, (3) Detail.
(1) They changed my oil. No problem
(2) They detailed my car. When I picked it up, it looked like they squirted armour-all in a few spots on the dash, and washed the windows. It was a $5 car wash and they took me for $150.
(3) They installed new brakes - My "new" brakes operated worse than before... I almost slid through a red light after installation. Upon my complaint, the mechanic insisted that my brakes were fine. They continued to get worse (bad vibration when braking at high speeds, and I had to stand on the pedal to get the car to stop). The local BMW dealership discovered that Bavarian Motorsport used the wrong brake parts for my car. I contacted Bavarian Motorsport and got the run-around for two months. They eventually just ignored me and refused to discuss the issue.
DEAD BEAT BUSINESS! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR EURO CAR ELSEWHERE!
