Used alarm system for 5 months .Called them ( my Mother passed away,she was the user ).they said to send it back for partial refund .I waited for almost 3 months and call them 10/27/2011 at 12:15 . Then I was told that I only had 30 days to return for a refund. Thats not what they said when I called to return the product !I was told to return the the product to them so I could get atleast a parctial return of money .It was bad enough to lose my mother , but I feel they took advantage of me . I am so upset with these people . Of coarse I would recomend that anyone do business whith these unscupiless people !!!!

I just got a call from Bay Alarms .They offered to send me a refund for the remainder of the bill .I of coarse said fine ! I just wish it didn't have to go this far to get results . I am diffenently satisfied with the out come .Thank you Bay Alarm & Ripoff report .....
