Bay and Bay Transport Lease Purchase Program Fraud Rosemount Minnesota
Thought i was going to a good company turned out I was wrong. Sat in orientation everybody leasing a truck so i figured why not. They didn't have a truck for me yet so they sent me out with a rental truck for one week. My gross pay was 3,033 for one week. My net pay was an astounding 0.00 Dollars. I looked at my paystatement and did the math myself and it didn't add up even close. So basically i will not work for a company that will not pay me for my work. I think they are personally a worthless company in general. However the staff was nice with the exception of dispatch one lease driver wan not getting enough milage to pay for his truck instead of helping him get more miles they did nothing so he quit that day. I left the truck driving industry and decided i will not work for another truck company again. They want thier freight delivered they can *&^%&*( do it themselves.
