I got a call from someone who said that for 199 dollars I would be receiving a credit card to help get my credit back. After I agreed to give them my bank information, thinking this would be similar to unsecured credit cards I have applied for before, then they sent me over to this person who very quickly mentions all this extra stuff that was not discussed earlier. I had a feeling this was a scam, but as I had already given my information, just assumed that I would be charged once and that would be it.
I called them a few weeks later to find out when my credit card would be coming, only to be told I was being sent a package with an application for a credit card. 199 dollars for an application.
I managed to get them to postpone the debit for a few months since I did not have the money, then in June they took it out along with an extra ten dollars. I called again to see when this package was coming, they said to give it a month and I would have to sign for it.
Never had anyone come to my door, someone is always here, and never got a notice from the post office. Called the company again and was told it had been unclaimed. Customer rep told me it wasnt their fault that the post office did not inform me and it would be another 14.95 to send it out again.
So this company got 209 dollars from me for no services at all.
The only good thing about this is i will NEVER give out my bank information to any company ever again.
