I took my E-350 Cargo Van to be fixed under warranty.They replaced the part,an airconditioning hose,then were supposed to make adjustment so this would not happen again,They only replaced the part.It broke again 6-months later,same problem as before.Now it was past warranty,so I had to pay for it.

They knew it only had 2,000 miles left on warranty and didn't care.So I had to pay for it now. I got to use the air conditioning only about 7-8 times. They told me they would reimburse me over the phone,then when I got there
the service manager (Paul Basiloto) gave me every excuse under the sun for not reimbursing me,because of there incompetent workmanship!
