The cats were repeatedly seen and charged at every visit with no improvement to the illness. After raising concern, extensive medical termonolgy was used, which I didnt understand and free visit offered.
I requested details in simple terms for my wife to understand, however no calls were returned. Then when I requested copy invoices, extremely abusive, threatening and slandering calls were received by the office Manager.
Overall - STAY AWAY. The worse animal hospital in Florida is my HONEST opinion / review
