We ordered bulk inks at the middle of October and it should be delivered within 4-10 business days. Never happened. We tried to contact via email or phone we found in internet , but there is no response. We asked to cancel the order and get money back , but nobody wants to hear that.
Recommendation : always read independant customer reviews before making any commitment. They web reviews are nice scam as total business they have.
