Beware of Bay View Grand Developer out of Mexico. My wife & I purchased a pre construction condo in Puerto Vallarta with BVG; the name of the development is "Grand Venetian". We purchased the condo by contract over 2.0 years ago. It has been a total nightmare. BVG has not responded to any of our requests about gaining information on the start date. About a year ago the "hotel association" in Puerto vallarta has placed a law suit on the developer for building an illegal "High Rise" structure in the hotel zone. It comes to find out the developer paid of the mayor to gain an illegal building permit; since then the Mayor has been charged for fraud and has left Puerto Vallarta to escape any kind of conviction.

The same type of thing is now happening in Cancuns newest development called "Rock Island" The construction process has been halted due to the fact the developer paid off Cancun officials to obtain an illegal building permit on "protected wet lands"

BVG also has a new development going up in the Baja of Mexico.

I ask anyone who has experienced the rath of BVG please comment.

All potential BVG buyers beware, I plead with you to not purchase from BVG under any circumstance. I fear that I have probably lost my entire 70% investment 0f $140,000. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

The owner of BVG is Elias Sacal, I recommend you do some research on him; I did and he is quit the character.
Thanks and good luck!!

For those unforunate people who have purchased a condo in the Grand Venetian BVG development in Puerto Vallarta I would like to give the President of the Home Owners Association email. This way you can get on a list to help keep you informed of all the progress and any updates associated with tower #1000, #2000 & tower #3000. I am doing this because the developer has gone out of his way not to return emails & phone calls.
