Complaint Review: BAYLAKE LABRADOODLES

as of Oct 2016 Maureen Coats Miller of CFL Doodles contacted Marcia Mobley of Bay Lake Doodles and has agreed to put their differeneces aside, from the negative reports filed against Bay Lake Lake Doodles, this was a nice conversation between the two of us to make amends and agree the past relationship bewteen us was too valuable to discredit each  other, we both have made mistakes in accusing each other of being a bad breeder and we feel that with the years of knowing each other and breeding doodle dogs alot was said that was not so. This is the right thing to do and we both feel much better about moving forward as we do respect each others dogs and well being  We are both in agreement that we have good relationship moving forward 

Please see the letter received today as it is un true that we do not test our Breeding Dogs

As we have  plans to sue you for Slander,  take your deposition -it will not be hard to do after finding out it was you that Filed this Report on RIP OFF and lied

all you ever did is want breedings for no money and it stops here and now    You yourself have no health testing on your girls

We are all waiting huh ?  Fudg was only ever used by one other breeder and she will get his testing results - But  you will not

So rant on , its will be  a Slander suit, might take few months to call the court date, but you will have to testify under oath

actually you MUST disclose your health testing as the two females I received from you in trade have no proven health testing. You and your site vehemently defend that you do ALL genetic testing for ALL breeding dams and sires. PROVE IT.

you also admit I used Fudge Ripple for two litters. Release his health documentation.

Otherwise it does seem that you're hiding something by attempting to muddy the waters with derogatory remarks about me and my reputable program   

i would be happy to contact the vet or organization responsible for performing the health testing you said was done on their respective parents!

Do feel free to share this health testing documentation so that I can publically post it on the tip off report!  I like to call it transparency!

 you bred a dog from me 4 yrs ago and said OOPS forgot to test her, my bad, as you Breed Dogs Maureen Coats Miller without testing them !!!  Thats a known fact now, WE do have obligation to provide our Customers with Health Testing Results and We do You have been in my home numerous times over last 6 yrsand never once asked for any testing results

that is truly your own fault ! AND YOU WANT TO CLAIM SOMETHING THAT IS NOT SO, YOU CAN NOT MATCH MY BREEDING PROGRAM,  you hve never wanted to spend any money buying good breeding dogs,   you wanted to use me for yrs to help you and I no longer can do that for you,  you can no  futher your breeding program like we have,  you do not want you can not provide your own customers with test results, and  you certainly need more knowledge about breeding dogs as you are not well educated in producing them,  It takes yrs of knowing what to do, you have not educated yourself well enough, and do not want to listen to anyone about Breeding poor quality dogs like you bought from other breeders, It is a very sad day when someone lik you goes to the extent of Lying and making up a malicous statement and not really being a real person posting on this Report to try and discredit me, when you did this we immediately hired an Attorney to seek legal suit against you for Slander -  

 Has become a very hateful girl all becasue she can not be Allowed to use my Male to breed with her female. and after 4 yrs of owning one of doodles and bred her she wants health testing results ? Now ? Anyone of any knowledge in the Breeding World knows that Just because your parent dogs test Excellent & Good or Fair in

Hip Scores, DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PUPPY PRODUCED WILL HAVE THE SAME RESULTS

Maureen Coats Miller  actually needs to go to school, ask questions learn more about breeding animals, she has been known as a Puppy Mill that only breeds dogs for profit

How can you respond to Stupitiy on her part for breeding her dogs without testing ? Weare notthe ones with the Smoke & Mirror as she suggest, she is and the venom she spews is not tasteful at all. Any one that purchases a Puppy from Bay Lake can see our Health testing and they have, along with our Veteranians that have bought our Dogs and xratyed them

Maureen Coats Miller should be ashamed of herself for Breeding Doodles that terrible agressive Nature and she breed her 3 times for money and prayed the pups would not be like the Mother, She asked her vet after 3 litters to PUT THE DOG DOWN,

No breeder in their right nime should ever breed an agressive dog, there is a serious issue here with only caring about a pay check and not interest of the Dog mental health

A lot of smoke and mirrors....trash talk and deflection. 

but still no proof of health testing for all dams and sires.

I no longer feel it necessary to respond. The public is now informed that they should request written proof of testing for the parents of the puppy they're adopting.

THIS IS A NASTY MESS if I have eve seen one, For Years I have helped  mentor Maureen Coats Miller of CFL Doodles by agreeing to # 1 Buy a Female Labradoodle someone was selling and breed her and Co Own the Girl,  she and her husband at the time turned vicous and kept the girl and decided that wanted her exclusely  & rather than asking me they made up some ridicuolus stories that I abused the Dog, she was skinny, Well truth matter was she was skinny when we bought her from teh breeder and I commented on it day I met the new girl Monarch, as she was not looking like my dogs do when they are Preg,  

I felt she was under fed by previous breeder owner,  mind you she was only here in home 1 week when she gave birth to 8 pups,  THIS WAS A WARNING TO ME ABOUT MAUREEN AS I went round and round with her over this,  BUT........ I allowed it to happen  as she apologized  later ,but something kept telling me to watch it, she blamed it on her drinking husband  later down the road as she soon divorced him, after that incident I tried to LET IT GO entering into a verbal contract &  allowing her to use my Male Dogs for Breeding to her females, I had  a very popular male &  few months that I wanted to retire  & keep the line closed to my own use only and that is what breeders do alot of the times She called me several times to use him for no money and I said No to her, 

I decided last yr that I could no longer do this with her as I FELT she was using me, and riding on my Coat Tails to speak in breeding, If you look at her Website alot of her dogs are from Bay Lake Doodles.   NOW COMES my reputation over last 24 yrs, and a swell one to say, There are 9 Veternarins in Fla that have my Dogs, I have Lawyers, Dr.s , Celebrity's, People in Govt, two Mayors in Fla , Miss Anerica, wonderful family's thru out U.S. and abroad in other countries as well as many many business owners that have bought my Labs, my Labradoodles and love my Dogs for their Swell personality's and health, Most people have 1, 2, 3 and even 4 of my dogs,  Most people come back for 2nd puppy yrs later,  and by doig so they know we raise a Healthy Puppy.   

She asked to use my Male name Cooper and I told her he had a Stud fee since I owned him with another person and she she said no I am not paying a Fee to you, I did not owe this Women any more breedings, she was wanting SOMETHING for nothin  and1 /1/2 ago  I spent thousands of Dollars on a wonder male Labradoodle and he is great example of the breed, she learned of this and asked to use  him and I said no, then comes Dec 5th and she asked to use him again and I told her that I would ahve to start charging for a Breeding fee as she was not willin to give me a puppy out of him, she balked and balked and  said she would not pay a fee up front, she did not trust me, and I was oh well then I guess you will not be using him,

It is standard practice in our breeding world to ask a Fee and charge up front and guarantee a Litter if no litter  you refund or try again, She was not willing to do this and soon decided to take to Slander me on Social Media saying I DO NOT TEST my males and Females, this is so far from truth as I have always bought tested dogs, or tested them for hips and eyes and more to make sure we breeed good healthy pups, With this being said  Maureen Coats Miller failed to test a female puppy at 8 months that she got from me 4 yrs ago, SHAME on her as she claims that she has bad patellas, bad hips, However, she bred her several times and never tested her, this is a NO NO, and now she is Slandering my name  now ,  she wrote me some horrific emails saying that I was a terrible breeder

when in deed she started out as a Backyard breeder and breeding anything she could for a Dollar, A Breeder should be professional and only do what is right by producing excellent off spring, with that being said , there are alot of male and female dogs that test  Excellent on Hips scores but... produce 1 pup or more with bad hips, bad hips can come from yrs and yrs and of generations back, all breeders know this, this is why we test to new comers to our Programs , you can breed on proven parentage and its been done many times, but Maureen Coats Miller of CFL Doodles in Longwood Fl has purchased many dogs to breed and never test them, she breeds mean spirited Doodles obtained by others, that bite people and Maureen Coats Miller, let her have 3 litters and then had her Killed and put to sleep, never allowing the dog to go to a farm or new home, 

Maureen Coats Miller made comment to me many of times I NEED THE MONEY for these puppies, That is a Backyard Breeder folks, and that is wrong reason to produce a Line of Pups for the Public. Because she has tried to paint a vey neg light for me, I am forced to file a Slander suit so that we can move forward and let others know we have no intentions of allowing her to smear our good reputation- because she could not get something for nothing again, like she always wanted to do from begining, it is a Sad day when these things come to be, as there is no Joy in filing a suit against anyone, but there are times when you must I ENCOUAGE ANYONE THAT HAS EVER GOTTEN A DOG FROM BAY LAKE DOODLES AND HAPPY WITH THEIR PUPS OVER THE YRS AND US, TO read our references yr after yr from our Vets, our Customers and more Our charitys we donate to for Diabetes, MS and more OUr children we place

Doodles withthat are Autistic and CP and more or Service Dogs we have turned out to Public,  Just like in Human Life we are all not perfect, and some of us need more help than others to do the right thing, I happen to believe in KARMA and feel this too will pass, but our Reputation is going to be protected from someone like this that feels evil and mean because they did not get something for nothing once again. It has made me wonder after all these yrs as to why I bothered in first place, to have something like this slap me in face and Post a very untruthful statement, anyone that comes to get a Puppy is so very welcome to see our Hip Scores and Eye and Hart testing on our Dogs, like many have done in past even my Vets o course

Thank you for mentioning me in your post.  Very nice of you to air your dirty laundry, but its just that...laundry. SInce mentioning me, you may kindly provide your health testing for ALL dams and Sires as this now specifically affects my program. Thanks in advance for your transparency. 

Thank you for your opinion in this matter.  But it's just that...your opinion. Please stick to the facts which clearly you do not have. However, you did utilize Ms Mobley's stud Fudge Ripple.  Did you require his health clearances?  If so, would you kindly share them.  Thank you and Have a Blessed Day

It is a shame this site is not used for the true intended purposes and used to TRY and ruin the integrity of an individual without merrit and falsifying information.  The last two complaints filed against Marcia Mobley were from other breeders that didn't get their way and sought revenge.  It's a shame we don't learn by our animals and get along.  

Marcia mobley is not only a reputable breeder of Labradoodles and Goldendoodles, she is a highly ethical breeder and cares for the wellbeing of all her dogs.  I have visited her home on many occasions and found her dogs, home and premisis clean.  She has hired help that maintains by-weekly grooming and housekeeping.  To compare her to a puppy mill is a hurtful lie. 

The person who posted the last complaint is a breeder/ownr of CFL Labradoodles and DID NOT call Marcia with in tent to purchase a puppy.  She wanted to use a stud of Marcia's

She also wrote in anynonamus and would not sign her Name, Maureen Coats Miller is a Breeder in Longwood Fl and has called me many time to use my Male Studs for her female Dogs, she never wanted to pay for breeding she always wanted o trade, over last 6-7 yrs she has called me numerous times, and she knows and has seen my pedigrees and my Health testing also on my males and females, as WE BELIEVE IN TESTING OUR DOGS BEFORE WE BREED THEM. She called me few months ago to use one of my Dogs Fudge Ripple in which she used 3 times to produce pups, and 1 time I could not her as he was having an issue after breeding one of my females, she felt I lied to her abut using him and he seriously had a swollen problem in his privates & vet advised me to rest him for 3 months, shortly after that I neutered him and sent hin to new wonderful home in St Aug Fla, However I bought a Male I wrote a Contract for $ 9,000.00, she learned I had this male and asked to use him 5 months ago and he was busy with our girls and I said no, she called me again Dec 5th when she filed this report and asked to use my male again her girl was ready, I told her I was charging her a stud fee of xxx amt of dollars and it would have to be paid upfront and she said NO, she would not do that, and she wrote me 16 emails that evening and accused me of lying to her and using excuses, I felt Maureen Coats Miller needed to buy her own stud male or pay a breeding fee that is very expensive with our Labradoodles, normally 2,000.00 to 2500.00 and she did not have the money upfront, conversation got heated, but if you look on her website alot of her dogs are from my line. I am sorry if she is angry at me but she made up this rip off report claiming to be a buyer and know all about my health testing when she knows we test our dogs , she asked for health testing on a dog she got from me 4 yrs ago and she FAILED to test her dog, as she does not test her females and males and wants this blame to fall on me, I certainly was angry and told her that if she bred a dog without testing hips first and eyes, she was not doing right by breeding and I think she turned it around to write a remark about me

I have 6 vets that have bought my dogs, tested them and know I test my breeding dogs , I always welcome anyone that wants to get a puppy and see our Testing Results to ask me for them. We have been breeding dogs long time from excellent lines and she has been breeding  6-7 yrs and pretty vindictive right now sine she wanted to use my 9,000 dog and I would not let her.

I really do not need to defend myself except to say we had a blow up on Dec 4 and she filed this report next day so it was obvious she was tryingto get back at me for not gettign to use my male

Breeding animals is a cut throat business and very sad when breeders pick on another or try and damage their reputation

Ask for our Credientials and Please Read our Referneces over the yrs. Other Breeders said she was just using me because she does not have the money to buy expensive dogs and we do and I think this is obvious
