Complaint Review: Bayou City Patrol Manul Rodriguez

The owner, Manule rodrigues, charges interest rate or finance charges as he calls it, on a purchase of a company uniform which he has a credit account with. he deducted the uniform twice, with no retail contract or any aggreement prior to hiring. He is doing this to all his workers which many of them are illegal aliens; in addition hes not paying any of his state and federal taxes treating his employees as independent contractor which is in direct viloation of the irs laws and the texas commission on Private security Agency, in texas since these individual needs a license (security) to work in the industry thereby being an employee of the company. In addittion he with held a couple of hours from our pay.
