Complaint Review: Bayoufitness.com - Bayou Fitness Seller On Ebay Bayou Fitness Products

I brought a treadmill from this company off their ebay website . The treadmill was stated to be a new treadmill in their ebay ad but sadly to my getting it , I realized it was not new and the treadmill did not work and look used. I paid 349.00 for something that never worked and was not new as they claimed in their ebay ad . The sad truth is this seller send used products they state are new and then you the buyer will have to fight to just get your money back from this Seller. If your looking for something good then this seller is not a good option and is not wroth the chance. I got my money of 349.00 back but i lost the cost toi ship it back which was 121.22 . I was able to get paypal to give me 61.95 of the shipping back but still i was out of 57.00 dollars and in 57.00 dollars is too much to loose to a dirty seller like this and Dont the bbb said it was ok for them to rip me off of my 57.00 dollars because they refunded me the 349.00. this comnpany got away with taking my hard earn money , if you have been rip off by this company, you should still report this to the BBB because i would like to believe at some point the bb would seee this copany is crooked and down their grade . their feedback on ebay is less then perfect and I weill admitt i ignore it because the price was good, now though I can see the mistake in ignoring their bad feedback score on ebay. please save your money and avoid this company like the black plague it is !
