Complaint Review: Bayquest Capital

During March 2007, my husband and I purchased our truck from a local company. They sold our loan in October of the same year. During the transition, a payment was lost. We were recieving phone calls from both the former loan company and Bayquest Capital. On November 11, 2007 we recieved a call from Bayquest stating our payment had not been recieved. The former loan company had not forwarded the last payment. I faxed 2 months worth of reciepts to Bayquest. I did this numerous times to no avail. I spoke with Armando, Carl Diaz, Malba, Ricky, and Veronica.

Bayquest claims we are $855.00 behind on our loan which is almost 3 month's worth. I have payment records for both companies and reciepts for every payment I have made to these people. I have also spoken to two attorneys about this problem. One attorney sent a letter telling them to fix the problem and leave us alone. Bayquest claims they never recieved the letter, the attorney has confirmation of reciept. Apparently we cannot do anything because we are not out any money. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR REPOSESSION!!! We have recieved repo letters and a 3 day notice 14 days ago. They call us 3-4 times a month, and call my husband at work.

I have also contacted our local news companies and our attorney general and I haven't heard anything. I have kept every letter (26), and every phone conversation recorded (20). If anyone else out there knows what to do, please, HELP! We were trying to rebuild our credit to buy a house, and now we can't. I'm open to any help or suggestion.
