I purchased a used clothes washer and dryer from Bayshore Appliance Inc. of Pasco County.  The units had a 1 year warranty.

Less than a year later, the washer stopped working when it was full of water.  I immediately called Bayshore to schedule a repair visit which would still be under the warranty.  The Bayshore representative I spoke to said they would not be able to come that day but would call back the following Monday. 

I never did receive any return call from Bayshore but I did call Monday and left a voice mail message.  I called multiple times through the day Monday and into Tuesday morning but never got an answer, only a voicemail box.

I bailed the water out of the washer as best I could but it still stunk up the apartment.  I began to research Bayshore Appliance Inc. on line and discovered a number of complaints against them (see Yelp and Better Business Bureau) for not answering the phone, not honoring their warranties, and not showing up for warranty appointments.  Some sounded familiar and I then realized I could not count on Bayshore Appliance to fix my washer so Tuesday I called an appliance repair service and had the washer fixed.

They advertise in Craigslist with phone number 727-816-8606 as well as have a store at 7438 US Hiway 19 in New Port Richey, Florida.  They also have or have had other locations in Pasco and Pinellas counties.  I strongly recommend you to not do business with them.
