Complaint Review: Baysoft Games

After several attempts by e-mail to contact them about shipping the wrong disk I never received any response. Furthermore on there page they never stated that they reserve the right to substitute items and after checking a couple weeks after placing my order the page was still the same showing the newwer product not the one I received. To any gamers out threre please save your money and go else were and stay clear from them. You will only get ripped off and be disapointed.
