Complaint Review: Baysoftgames

Baysoftgames is a very unprofessional business. I will never order from them again. I ordered a product on 11/07/05 and we are now approaching the new year and I have yet to recieve my package.

I emailed their orderstatus several times and this was the responses.

Thank you for your email. We did email you regarding the backorder, it appears you did not receive it?

Our shipment of cases is on the way and is due later this week. We will ship the order
the same day they arrive.

For one they never emailed me about a back order. This is just a cop out. Two, I never recieve a status report of when I should expect my package. Several email and only 2 responses.

At this point I am very angry as to the lack of support from this company. I dont even think this is an actual physical place. Why is their order status coming from orderstatus1@sbcglobal.net? It souns like only one guy.

I also agree that they should be shut down since I see others were and are also being affected by their false business tactics. WHat can a person do? A company I trusted took my cash and wont return my emails. I have learned my lesson about ordering from online companies. Better do some research!
