Complaint Review: BB&T Branch Bank & Trust

In response to South Carolina, I commissurate with your anger, hurt, frustation, and shock as your entire world goes down the drain into one big debt, because they choose to steal from us, plain and simple. When I see that I have $1,000 available balance, and I spend some of it-it is a checking account, but they retrospectively charge you the old $128,$64, and $32, plus what the other businesses charge you, which is embarrassing.
By the way-Cash in a box-Louisville, thou dost protest too much and generalized a situation you could possibly know nothing about. I'm an adult. I don't float checks bub-let's play a game. You go open a checking account right now at BB& T, send me your statements, and when you are at a constant negative balance for no good reason, I'll give you some advice, "check floater."

There's nothing like BB and T in the world. I asked for my signed contract. I did not get one, but I got their terms and agreement. This is so very interesting. They start off by saying, "We keep you [our customers] at arms length, we do not have a fiduciary relationship, we have only a creditor debtor scenario." Oh, and if you die and have money left in your account (ha, ha, ha!) to give to your beneficiary, it goes away to BB and T for administrative processes.

I am going to write a sample everynight from their terms and agreement. I have read many many contracts but have never seen anything to faschist in my life. I'll never get out of the hole they dug me, but I plan to fight this. I am an experienced paralegal who understands our consumer rights in addition to banking law. The attorney with whom I work would like to take on a class action suit. Someone must stop them. I am thinking about going to one of the news shows. BB and T changed their name a couple of years ago due to scandal, something I picked up researching case law.
