Complaint Review: bb&t whiteville N.C

BB&T whitville NC repossesed my car of 3 yrs after only 40 days had past:

Well, I had A car that I had been paying on for 3 yrs and my husband was laid off of work when we got a payment differd well 3 months later we were late again I had talked to a paticuler person several times the person who handled our account.

I told her I did not want to lose the vehichle I WOULD DO ANYTHING THAT I COULD TO DO THE PAYMENT. WE HAD ALREADY PAID OFF ONE 24,000 DOLLER CAR LOAN, I thought that we were good customers. Well she said that there was nothing that we could do or that they were willing to do.

I mean we were 40 day's late! big deal right? Right?? Well, I couldn't believe it in 3 day's they came and got my car I have heard nothing from them since. My advice don't take anything from BB&T
