I sent in a defective ABS computer for repair, and after 6 days since delivery, I found out the module was not repairable.

I was then told a rebuilt module was $410.00, and there were none available at the time, but they expected some shortly. 3 weeks later, I sent an email and called them asking for either a working module or a refund of the $175 I already paid to have mine rebuilt. Suddenly the next day, one of the unavailable "rebuilt" modules was on the way to me.

When I recieved it, there were no signs it had been opened, and in reality it was a core pulled from a junkyard and placed in a box. After installing it, and discovering it was defective, I called and spoke to Gina at BBA, and she confessed that it was actually in fact, not rebuilt, but "tested".. (Clearly not the case.) But still the full price for a rebuilt.

Since it did not work, I demanded a call tag to return it to them, and made them return my defective module at the same time. The bad module was returned and recieved by them.

This was around Oct 15th, since then I have called many times to request a refund, and each time I am told "they don't have a manager right now, and they are the only ones that can process refunds". I asked if they were still taking orders (taking money), and they said they were.
