We contacted U-ship with regards to finding a boat transporter. U-Ship is an online broker for such shipments and is located in
205 Brazos Street Austin Texas 78701-4015.

BBB transporter  found the defendant through U-ship and attempted to coerce the defendant into a contract for transport outside of the constraints of Uship agreements. Then BBB Transporter attempted to defraud the defendant claiming that they were there to pick up a shipment but they were actually 50 miles away and showed up after the location closed. They were refused access to the shipment.

We refused to have any dealings or continue discussion with them upon learning of the attempted fraud. they abandoned the property and left it exposed to the elements causing $20,000 in damages.

Here's the admission in his own words. He DID NOTHING but show up in the middle of the night and was refused by the storage night watchman. He performed NO SERVICE, he has NO SIGNED CONTRACT. He held our title for ransom. Michigan has no jurisdiction in this matter. Check the small claims rules on line. Kazimer Mamon is a scammer!

LIE 1.

I was contract by owner to transport boat....he contacted us after some emails threw uship. I had no way of learning his name or info. Lie#2. We, a driver (WITNESS) and myself was given CODE to ENTER storage yard..which had a employee still on duty, when we arrived. LIE #3. Neither myself or driver even touched the boat. We saw brake lines to only 1 axle, 3 of the 6 tires replaced, yet the remaining three were dry rotted. No side marker lights on trailer. Boat cover loosely tied down. Spare tire was FLAT...shall I go on? I contacted owner and advised of situation, he instructed us to get hotel (out of the area) he'd get the tab, and we'd talk more in the morning. We did. Owner and I talked next day, I contacted trailer repair shop who did the work...and reported back to owner. Owner said leave boat, we came to an agreement to pay for our expenses, and we were to return when additional work was completed..I HAVE SEVERAL E-MAILS & TEXT MESSAGES TO SUPPORT ALL OF THIS. I took paperwork back to his friend in Ft. Lauderdale as instructed. His wife can confirm, as she handed us paperwork the day before.  I filed small claims against client, for nonpayment, he asked the case to be taken next level in MICHIGAN COURTS, it was moved, and CLIENT FAILED TO SHOW....JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM..I ALSO HAVE PAPERWORK...yet he claims he never did any business with me. Nor with anyone else in Michigan, to move his boat. Funny, he fails to remember I have several texts regarding this entire matter. LIES LIES LIES...WE MOVE BOATS. I can supply you or anyone who asks for several references who are 100% happy customers....WHY IS IT THE ONES WHO LIE, MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS LIKE THIS?
