Called out to clean BBQ grill. A part (burner) reported exploded (spontaneously) while tech was performing service. I was notified of this via a phone call while at work. Had been working with Pat at BBQ Doctor who informed me that they would take of this. Once pressed after several months went by, Pay basically told me we are on our own and refused to remain involved. He basically walked from the damage his tech comitted. My wife tried called Pat who promptly hung up on her. This is a very unethical firm and there is no integrity.
