I purchased a steak branding iron from BBQ Fans that included a box, bandana, and a custom steak iron with the entire package gift wrapped. I paid extra for the gift wrapping as it was a wedding gift. When the package arrived, it came without the box or bandana.

It took 2 phone calls and 3 emails before I finally recieved the box and was told I they would take off the price of the gift wrapping and more since I did not recieve the bandana and had such a hassle. After a month I finally gave up and never got my refund nor the bandana. All in all, the customer service is horrible to non existant, they do not ship what is shown, and they do not make their mistakes right.

There are plenty of other places on the internet to buy the same products.
