I got hit for 29.95 on jan 25th - as many others have.  My ONLY online bill pay relationships are with:

Cenlar
nationwide insurance
yelp energy
city of houston water bill pay

From what i have seen, Cenlar is a pretty popular common thread, though not 100%.
