Bbv*hotbooksale deducted $9.95 from my personal checking account without my authorization/knowledge Internet
I noticed on my bank account a deduction of $9.95 for the past 3 months that was paid to Bbv*hotbooksale.com, a company operating in Baca Raton, Florida that I have never done business with or heard of. I called this number 1.888.646.1662 inquiring about the unothorized deductions and I didn't understand what or how they got into my account, I bought one book from another book company which I will follow up and find out if their is any connection.
I requested they stop taking my money out of my bank, the gave me a termination # and said they would follow up with an email verifying the request to terminate, I have yet to recieve the email.
