I tried to buy a NHL hockey video game from the company, and after processing and accepting payment for the game, which they stated they had in stock, came back with a back order acknowledgement.  I immediately called the company and explained that I need the product in very short order, well they could not or would not guarantee that and I then cancelled the order, and I thought that was the end of the story.  Only later they started billing me for the monthly subscription fee of $9.95 which I did not catch on my credit card for three months and when I finally did, I called the credit card company and they immediately called that company and had them cancel the charges from that date forward.  After hanging up with the company representative, my credit card company then attempted to dispute the other monthly charges, but since I did not catch them, the company was entitled to charge them up and until I cancelled the service.  Never did I sign up for the subscription at least as far as I know, unless it was somewhere hidden in the terms and conditions of the sale, but again since I cancelled the sale the same day I made it, I did not think anything else was needed.
