I consider myself to be very aware when it comes to these kind of companies so when I realized that I was being billed $9.95 for a video service that I didn't authorize I wanted to see how they fooled me. I went to their website and put in an order and I saw that they applied the $5.00 off to the total without me doing anything and by submitting the order you authorize them to check the box saying that you want their monthly service. This information is well below the area where you submit order so you really have no reason to go down that far because you think you are just ordering something. Very deceptive and I would think illegal also. If their service was so great why are they so sneaky about roping people into it. The answer obviously is that the majority of people wouldn't want it so they wouldn't make lots of money. Greed and deception, and I hope this company(companies) gets shut down
