BBVA Compass is applying NSF fees when accounts are positive.

Although I knew I was scraping the bottom of the barrel, my account was in the black, and I had to make an unexpected payment. My balance was enough to cover the amount with room to spare, but only just, so I made a payment.

Unfortunately I did not count on BBVA applying an insufficient funds fee to my account, even though it was in the black (not by much, but still positive), this NSF fee then took me into my overdraft.

I contacted BBVA Compass, and dispite my having supporting evidence showing my balance before and after the payment, including screenshots, emails and the data on their own systems to the contrary, they claim that my balance was insufficient to make the payment and refused to refund the NSF fee.

BBVA seem to be ignoring basic math and just applying NSF fees when they are not justified.
