Complaint Review: BBWDreamgirls.com

I am a current model for the company, and from my personal experience I have no had any problems with the BBW Dreamgirls company. The company itself has been great for my career and provides their models with a real community experience. 

BBWDreamgirls.com is NOT a prostitution site, nor are they embezzling money from their fans or models. The auctions in question were supposed to help house and fly as many Dreamgirls as possible to Vegas for the official launch party. The photos that exist in the auction ARE NOT the same as photos that are provided to the company for the model's BBWDreamgirls.com profile, or photos that are volunteered by the model for advertising purposes. All the photos auctioned were very clearly accepted on a completely voluntary basis and it was made clear to all models that the photos being provided were being auctioned off for the purpose of feeding/housing/flying their fellow Dreamgirls to Vegas for the launch of the website. I have never once been asked to give any money to the company. 

Sexual contact with fans is strictly prohibited in the contract, in the event invitations and on the BBW Dreamgirls community forums. They have never blackmailed any of us with anything. A contract is legally binding, if you do not agree to the terms, you don't have to sign the contract, but once you sign it, you have to abide by the terms you've agreed to. I would like to see reports by these other women that this website has supposedly destroyed. This report is nothing but the writings of an angry ex-model with a personal vendetta and is a legally actionable offense. 

In my opinion the above report is all biased opinions formulated on outrageous assumptions. 

My name is Holly Meadows and I am the Lead Talent Recruiter and Assistant Graphic Designer for BBWDreamgirls.com I am posting this rebuttal on behalf of our management team at the request of our owners.

The person who posted the original complaint and the follow up rebuttal is indeed the person we have suspected, as we can now see that the complaint originated from her home city, we have no other employees living in that area, and she posted a stolen graphic that has not yet been released to the public and has only been shown to employees.

We have requested that the ladies who work for us not post here as it simply adds fuel to the original poster's drunken rant, and we do not wish to give this any more attention than what is legally necessary. We do hope that the average person can see this for what it is, in our opinion, Drunken ramblings of a completely ridiculous nature by an unstable ex-employee with way too much time on her hands. While we are relieved to no longer have this person as part of our employee family, we do wish she would get the help she very badly needs for her alcohol issue, in our opinion. It is now very obvious that she is, quite frankly, out of control.

The original poster will be receiving a Cease and Desist letter from our attorney on behalf of our LLC. We hope that she gets the message and discontinues her current activity.

We would like to once again state that our employees are forbidden from meeting with fans or having sexual contact with fans in any way, shape or form, this includes phone calls. Our employees are only allowed to attend our planned company events to meet our fans, with security present as well as management. At absolutely no time has any employee met with a fan or had any sexual contact with a fan. This is an outright fabrication.

At no time has our site owner been sued for anything, much less Breech of Contract. Another outright fabrication.

BBWDreamgirls will be throwing our very first party on July 14, 2012, our website Launch Party.  We do not know what "parties" the original poster is referring to, but our Launch Party will be our very first Las Vegas event.

Many Girls are coming forward  as a previous Dreamgirl, with a falling modeling career. This company has hurt ladies around 20 and counting, and is not caring about nothing but themselves.  They are hurting woman with there fake promises, there pornographic parities, When you join them they are very open arms, but the owner has been sued in for Breach of Contract , So signing with her is not a good idea.

Lawyer on staff?  Everyone has one. Her contracts are threatening and one of written by a pimp. If you wish to sell your body for little money, go with her go! But if you have a dream of becoming a BBW Model she will tarnish you ,hurt you, and send her thugs to tear down anything you have, this is a buyer beware! Do not....Do not.....Sign nothing, her parties are a scam, She is basically holding private parties in Vegas and exposing these ladies in a prostitution fashion.

One of my administrators came across this slanderous report this morning. We recently had one of our entertainers quit because we were not giving her the status in the company she was demanding. This page is the result of her anger towards us (and likely far too much alcohol, another issue we had with her). VERY FEW models know my real name and the model in question is the only one who does who is not still with us. I do not have solid proof it was her that created this page, but she is the most likely person. We have had about a dozen ladies leave us over the course of the last 8 months for varied reasons. It's the nature of the adult industry.

RE: MODELING AGENCY
BBWDreamgirls.com is absolutely NOT a modeling agency, nor have we ever portrayed ourselves as such. Our website has NOT LAUNCHED YET. We are not charging anyone money for anything. We are very simply an adult sexually themed website offering big girls instead of average sized girls. PERIOD. We anticipate launch this month.

ALL OF OUR ENTERTAINERS are over 21 and are fully aware of the content of our upcoming website. Girls appearing on the website have not paid a single dime for anything out of their pocket. Once our site launches, they will be paid to appear per the industry standard. 

RE: AUCTIONED ITEMS
We have our official Website Launch Party coming up in July. We looked for a way to raise money to help the ladies who work with our site afford to come. We did an online auction of photos etc for fans to help raise this money. ALL AUCTIONED MATERIALS were submitted by the entertainer herself. ONLY LADIES WHO SUBMITTED AN ITEM FOR AUCTION WERE INCLUDED IN THE EVENT, the auction event was 100% voluntary only. All money raised will go towards covering accommodations for our launch party for ladies who wish to attend. The woman we believe to be behind this report BID on $360 worth of items, and paid for her wins. Then QUIT the company. 

RE: "PROSTITUTION"
Or contracts STRICTLY FORBID meeting with fans, and having sexual contact of any kind with a fan is an immediate termination from the company. AT NO TIME would an entertainer from our website be allowed to meet with a fan outside of a sanctioned group event. AT NO TIME would an entertainer from our website be allowed to have ANY sexual contact of any kind with a fan or subscriber. This is cause for immediate termination from our company, and is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. NOT ONE of the ladies we work with has ever been "..forced... into coming into las vegas to be a prostitute." This is absolutely and completely untrue. This is an outright lie. This is SLANDER. The only ladies who have ever been to Las Vegas are the 3 out of 50 who LIVE HERE. 

RE: "FAKE COMPANY" CLAIM
BBWDreamgirls.com is absolutely NOT a fake company. It is registered and owned by our LLC. It is compliant with all state and federal requirements for an adult (18+) website. We take it one step further and require all entertainers on our site to be 21+ and do NOT allow teenagers to work for us.

OUR SITE IS INNOCENT of this slander. I am innocent of these slanderous statements. We do have an attorney on staff, and I will get him involved if need be, but I would prefer to simply as you to remove this page, and be done with it. This is slander on my TRUE NAME. All other names listed are pseudonyms. 
Please remove this slanderous report within 24 hours.
