BC-BS of OK messes with ACA Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK playing stalling game with Affordable Care Act Applicants Oklahoma City Oklahoma
My daughter and her husband have been trying to enroll into Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma via Affordable Care Act website since December of last year. In February they finally succeeded and paid BC-BS of OK. Then the problems started. BC-BS of OK sent them a letter and cards and welcomed them. They then cancelled them. This has been going on and off several times since February. My daughter is 6 months pregnant now and BC-BS of OK is pulling one stalling tactic after the next. She finally wrote a 5 page letter to President Obama. Health Care Gov said that they would get in touch with BC-BS of OK and try to find out what they are up to. BC-BS has my daughter's money and now has Government Money....but they keep stalling. Today my daughter and her husband went to there physical address but were refused entry by SECURITY. I guess BC-BC of OK has made so many enemies that they have to be protected by armend guards. They finally got another number to call and this time the lady inside BC-BS said that it was obvious that nothing had been done to straighten out the billing aspect of their coverage. She called billing but they refused to pick up her phone call. This is putting a lot of stress on my pregnant daughter.
