Complaint Review: Be Aware of NW Motor Sports

Pat at the Everett location was awesome to work with, at the beginning the whole experience was great until the financing portion took place. Be careful of the HIDDEN FEES/PRICES they don't tell you about on the sticker price! They rush you thru the financing portion try to shove their warranties down your throat and then tell you your stuck with paying for protection plans you weren't even told about. They talk to you about getting you the best deal then charging you the full price on top of other added charges! And sell you a vehicle without working parts and missing items! They promise you other things and don't put it on the "we owe" document and then never call you back to fix anything they just tell you to contact the person from the OTHER department because NOBODY wants to take fault! This would've been a 5 star review but the whole financing just screwed over the whole experience and the promises that were never kept. Yeah I learned my lesson, always get everything in writing! I previously wrote a phenomenal review but that was prior to the financing and screwing over portion. I was asked to do the review while we "waited", I wonder if that was calculated. hmmm... Never again!
