These people should be embarassed for themselves and ashamed at their career choices! Like many Americans, I've been out of a job and desperate for work.  I came across and questionable, yet enticing, job post on Craigslist promising paid training and an hourly wage of $30.  Decided to call and give it a shot.  The position was for a 'recruiter' and when I met with these people and learned of what the job entailed I never called back when they offered me a position as a scout.  I knew right away these people were in the industry of scamming folks.  Believe it or not, while i was out with my kids I was approached by one of the girls who had accepted the role of a scout.  When she approached me and her first words came out of her mouth all I could do was laugh.  I told her I had been offered a position too and after putting my feelers out and doing extensive research I decided not only was this company scamming people, they look to be scamming employees too!  I talked to her for a while and she was concerned.  Hopefully she did some research for herself.

I was told by this girl that they called back everyone they scouted and that everyone was offered membership as far as she knew.  there was no exclusivity or cut process like they claim.  She said she was trained to go for families that "you know can afford it".  HA!  If that doesn't say something about the motives of this company I don't know what does.  She mentioned she was hired by the main recruiters and trainers KIM OCAMPO and LISA MORRIS.  These two ladies are in charge of scamming job searchers desperate for work and training them to turn around and scam families for their money.  They hire on a constant basis, interviewing more than once a week because no one gets paid and people leave, the company pockets the money.  The owner, Erik DeSando is notoriously known for scams just search his name online.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

If you truly are interested in getting you child started in the entertainment industry, I've been given the most sincere advice from an agent at FORD Models, they told me "IT SHOULD NEVER COST YOU A CENT!" Just send in pictures to different managers and agents and see if anyone bites.

Also I've learned that the schools this company is affiliated with aren't actually seperate entities.  Rising Stars and the rest of th modeling and acting courses and photography sessions are all actually owned by this same company but given different names to cause the assumption they are not gaining a profit from sending members out to these services at a "discount".

BAD PEOPLE, BAD INTENTIONS FOR YOUR KIDS!
