I ordered a pair of Panasonic noise cancelling headphones from beachaudio.com, via buy.com, on 2/8/11 and opted for expediting shipping. As of 2/15/11 my order had still yet to ship so I contacted the seller, via email, asking for an update. I checked the order status on buy.com today, 2/16/11, and saw that  it had been cancelled. This occurred without anything being communicated to me as the customer. Of course they had no problem charging my credit card for something I'm never going to receive. Save yourself time and aggravation by looking elsewhere for your electronic needs; don't make the same mistake as me.

I apologize that you did not receive a reply yesterday. We do our best to reply to every email we receive on the same business day, and I will need to look into what went wrong. We were out of stock on the product you ordered at the time we received the order from Buy.com. An email notification of the back order was sent on 2/10, and I apologize that it did not reach you. Buy.com gives us 5 days to fill orders from the date that they forward the order to us, and because the product is still out of stock your order was canceled yesterday. I apologize for the inconvenience.
