Complaint Review: Beach Body .com

Beach Body .com i wnt to the site to order video and looked at the vitamins to purchase orederd 1 vitamin keep getting billed to my credit card found have emailed them to stop this has not there is no phone number have emailed several times no response just keep getting emails like i am in a club this needs to stop .I am not in a club. just orederd a bottle of pills once and videos only once Internet

i had gone on line to oder some videos to eaxercise to my friend had them and i liked them so that is what i thought i was doing , i did get the ideos and purchased a bottle a vitamins . to try sounded good. i recieved 2 more packages in the mail that i did not order i did not open them i sent them back wrote on box did not oreder return to sender. about a month later i recieved another box with my name on it but not my adress ,I tried
to find a phone number for both the adress and the company i returned it with out thinking of writing down the adress , i nam still being chared and have not recieved any more boxes but ome one is how do i stop this i have talked to the credit card company the say they fo not have a phone numb er either and it looks lagit so the wont stop it either what to do??????

When you initially placed the order you were explained to that you were joining a autoshipment program for the vitamins if you did not cancel after the 30 day free trial.

Additionally, when you received the vitamins, the literature included also explained the terms and conditions.

i have been a beachbody customer for three years here are some helpful hints

1. their is a customer service and a contact us button you can click for all the way at the bottom of the web page . the very bottom where it gives the credits of the company.

2. read the fine print about vitamins and newsletters because vitamins clearly say that you get them only if you agree to the auto shipment method. which means you get them automatically every month and billed monthly till you call and cancel.
