Beach Bowl Pro Shop is a ripoff business from hell. Kissimmee, Florida
My husband and I purchased two pairs of shoes and a bowling bag from this company. In about a week, we received the shoes, but did not receive the bag. We waited for about two more weeks before we tried contacting them.
It took my husband three hours of hitting redial to finally reach someone. The message kept saying that all lines were busy and try back in a few minutes. After the three hours of calling, he learned that the bag he had ordered was on back order.
They did not bother to mention that the bag was on back order when we ordered it though. They said that we should receive the bag within two weeks. It has been three weeks now, and once again we can not get in touch with them.
I emailed the company three days ago, and have not received a response. I either want the bag I have already paid for, or I want my money back. For the last three days, I have tried contacting them, but it is impossible to get through. I have tried calling every hour of the day.
DO not buy anything from this company. If you need any kind of customer service, you will not receive it because it is impossible to get in touch with them.

I went to my bank and they claimed fraud since I had used my debit card to purchase the bag. I did receive a refund, however, the case could still be worked for 90 days. As of last week, everything is finally over. Do not buy anything from this company, it is difficult to get your merchandise or money back.
