Complaint Review: Beach Life

I ordered some novelty items a month ago for my boyfriend for valentine's day. i received an email with a confirmation number & the list of items. nowhere on the confirmation did they include a phone number or address or anything. after a few days, my bank account was debited for the transaction. after a week i still did not receive a package nor did i receive a follow up email. i replied back to the confirmation email & nothing. i have contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

i have also sent another email to this "billings@beachlife.net" to tell them that i was going to dispute the charge and that they basically are stealing money & that i was going to report them as well and they never responded to that. it's sick that people have the nerve to just take money from people and disappear. i'm sorry but i work for a living and i have no intention of just letting this go. i don't work to support lazy bums that can't get a real job so they just create fake websites.
