Complaint Review: Beach Readt LLC

I ordered a $4.95 bottle of Colothin. The bottle was supposed to be free and the fee represented the shipping costs. The Terms and Conditions on the web site stated that if you did not cancel within 14 days then you would be charged $69.95. The wonderful people at Colothin charged my account within 7 days instead of 14 days.

I called in and disputed this with Colothin. They said they were sorry and sent me one email saying my account was canceled and another email that was a "refund receipt". Three days later I had another $69.95 charge on my account instead of a refund.

When I called in to dispute this I was told there was no second charge and I was wrong. I was told they had refunded me my money. They are telling me this while I'm staring at the charges on my online banking. I was also told the supervisor was busy and could not talk to me.

These people are worthless.
