I too got the Free bottle offer for Tri-Slim. I called to cancel & they talked me into giving it a little more time. Well, the deadline was extended to Nov 30, which is a Sunday. I let it slip my mind. On Monday, I realized it, when I saw $149.85 charged to my account. I called them & got a foreign lady who was like a robot. For about 15 minutes, she kept repeating herself. She couldn't do anything about it because I didn't call before the deadline. I told her that I knew for a fact they couldn't have shipped the product yet because it was too early in the morning & it was Monday, so she could do something about it. I repeatedly asked for a Manager & she kept putting me on hold & then asking why I needed a Manager. Finally, I had had enough & I told her that if they did not refund my money, I was going to slam them on the internet & they would not be able to sell anymore of this crap. Well, that did it, she immediately said she could refund the full amount, minus a $14.99 restocking fee. At first, I tried to get that restocking fee removed, because they hadn't shipped it yet, & most likely hadn't even pulled the stock. She insisted they had no way to contact the shipping dept. I finally agreed to accept the $134.86 refund. Lesson Learned. I will not ever order anything else that is "Free" online!
