SCAM - SCAM - SCAM OF THE HIGHEST ORDER - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

YOUR BEST BET IS TO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL - IF YOU DO, IMMEDIATELY FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK AND GET A NEW CREDIT CARD - THEN FILE A CONSUMER FRAUD REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THE BBB
This is a complex scam. These people set themselves up with a bogus marketing firm which solicits for "jobs" to get on board as a "product tester". You're supposed to sign up for three products and the Tri-Slim and Colo-Cure are two of the first ones.

It's in print that you will only be charged a $4.95 shipping fee. If you like it, you will be billed $88.55 and $77.55, respectively, on a monthly basis to continue using their products. That's a steep price for any type of so-called "nutritional weight loss" product line. I have a very sensitive body and there was no response to either product in nearly a week. I called to cancel and got the biggest run around'; why do you want to cancel? what is it you didn't like about the product? why don't you try it for the full 30-days?

If I had, I would have been charged the above amounts because you're supposed to make a decision within 14-Days. Their phone people are trained to be polite and professional but what they truly are is automatons who read from a script and read it with a condescending attitude. Repeated requests to speak to a supervisor were met with every excuse in the book as I seemed to be getting no where with the rep I was speaking with.

There was this constant attempt to "explain to me how the program works". These people are deceptive cheats who dinged my credit card twice for each product causing me to incur nsf charges as I had believed my account was closed. Attempts to get a refund were met with the same type of attitude. These people are to be viewed as criminals, as they toe the line on legality. They want to constantly remind you about idiotic things which aren't even applicable in the conversation, with the attempt to confuse and frustrate you.

The AG, DA and BBB are receiving letters from me. The conduct is unacceptable and their products and marketing methods are highly suspect. Be honest with your experience and your letters. This will be the only way a company like this will eventually get shut down. Unfortunately, the scum who run it will just develop another name and product line and do it all over again. Nevertheless, this will slow them down some and may even get them fined for suspect business practices. Make certain to file a claim with your bank and get a new account number so they are not able to charge you again. Be diligent and stick it through. Fight the good fight and we can close these crooks down

The Scam Continues with the Auto Bots at Tri-Slim

I filed my Rip-Off Report against these shysters back in June of 2009.  Since that time, my bank has had to do back-research to find out why numbers I was given as numbers to indicate refunds all of a sudden didn't count as a refund and where, to their claim, part of an out-dated number system.  Huh?  So here we are in April of 2010 and someone from their "corporate" office is submitting a comment with the implication of feigning assistance.  Really?  Nearly a year later your company is going to try and resolve something you wouldn't let me do over the phone nearly a year ago?   And although I have no proof positive, but I believe, based on new, unauthorized charges on my account, my name and credit card number where either sold to another company, or my card was dinged by another one of their divisions.  I have had to close the account out completely due to all the fraud initially related to Tri=Slim/Colon-cure.  What, Sir,  could you possibly help me with after all this time?  If customer service was on the forefront of the company's image, why wasn't there a call or email in 2009?  You folks waited to see something bad on Rip-Off Report?  Folks, need it be said again?  BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS  - It took having my bank take almost 90-days to research the non-sense associated with these people before I was able to get my money back.  Most of it was returned with the exception of a few bucks that I won't quivle about considering the bulk was returned and my bank has put out an alert regarding these people as well.
