Complaint Review: Beach Ready LLc Tri SLim

Beach Ready, LLc, Tri SLim FREE samples for the cost of shipping result in $100s of dollars in charges and shipping. Other products from the same company are shipped and charged because they say you approved the order when you "opened" your e-mail - not when you responded to the e-mail but simply by opening it it authorized them to start shipping (without an invoice or notice of total charges) another product. Months ago I agreed to a trial sample of Tri-Slim for the cost of shipping alone. The item was received 2 days prior to the 14 day trial end date (noted in very small print on the bottom of the invoice) I was then charged well over $150 for the product and shipping that I didn't even have a chance to try. I then received another shippment and charge as follow-up and of-course another charge. WHen I called they informed me that I had to cancel within the original 14 days. After several phone calls and returning the product at my expense I received a partial credit.

Last month I received another product - Colo Cure - received without an invoice or other correspondence. Yesterday I received my credit card statment and was charged $49.95 plus $4.95 shipping on April19. TOday I received another shipment - again with no invoice.
I called the 800-859-3858 numberliwsted on my credit crd statement. I was cut off twice before I was able to get any information.

I was told that because I had opened an e-mail that they sent me in March that enrolled me in this trial program for the Colo Cure product. It didn't require that I placed an order - only that I acknowledged it by OPENING the e-mail.

After many angry words today they have agreed to credit me with 50% of the latest charge (that I have not seen yet on my credit card) or I can return the product (again at my expense) and they will give me credit less a restocking fee. The unopened bottle received initially cannot be credited because it is after the 14 day trial period. Who knew that?

However, the sugestion was made that maybe I shouod try to sell the first shipment since they "are good pills."
The customer service rep that I talked to was Justin "Smith" - a convenient and suspicious name. I asked for a phone number for their corporate office and was informed they were not allowed to give ut that information -- at least their employees are doing a good jb of protecting these scoundrels!

I am workig hard at establkishing an internet marketng business and these are the people that spoil the business for everyone tht is trying to work hard and honestly to provide a service.

Stay away from this company and these products and be very careful when you open an e-mail.
