I ordered the P90 exercise program several months ago.  This is a preliminary routine to prepare oneself for the more famous P90X.  I finished the first two months (disk A and disk B), and upon begining the third month (disk C) discovered it did not play correctly.  I contacted the company and they promised to ship a replacement.

It arrived a week later, also damaged.  They had put a DVD in a paper envelope inside a box, with nothing to protect it.  Of course the disk fell out of the envelope and bounced around, naked, inside the cardboard box.  It's no wonder it didn't work right.

In the meantime, I ordered P90X with the P90X Plus DVD set.  I deployed overseas for military duty, and asked the replacement DVD from P90 be shipped to my deployed address.  They agreed, and then shipped it to my house anyway.  It also arrived damaged!

P90X and P90X Plus arrived (at the correct address!).  Two of the four disks in the "plus" package were damaged.  I contacted the company to replace those two, plus the original problem disk from P90.  They agreed, and sent me a box of protein bars as a consolation.

The protein bars arrived, but after 3 weeks no DVDs had arrived.  I contacted the company again, and they admitted they had forgotten to send the replacement disks!  They agreed to send all three replacement disks (two from P90X Plus and one from P90).  However, a week later I received a box from Beachbody, and discovered they had mis-shipped again!  Rather than send the disks they were supposed to have sent, they simply sent me the ENTIRE P90 program again, including the worthless resistance band that comes in the boxed set!

I contacted them AGAIN, and they have promised to send the remaining two disks from the P90X Plus program, but they have not yet arrived.  I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, as well.  The California Attorney General's Office is my next stop.
